The observations and recommendations provided through the review are advisory. Career decisions and subsequent actions remain the participant’s responsibility. No interview, placement, promotion or other career outcome is promised or guaranteed.

Sajan Thomas brings 36 years of HR experience across corporate and nonprofit leadership.
Until 2011, he worked in HR leadership roles in the corporate sector. He subsequently served as HR Director at Magic Bus for close to eight years before establishing Social Synthesis in 2019.
His executive-search work brings him into close partnership with nonprofit boards and CEOs on senior leadership appointments. This experience has given him an informed perspective on how senior professionals are evaluated through their career evidence, behavioural contribution, leadership positioning and ability to articulate their value.
Sajan is an XLRI alumnus, an SHRM Senior Certified Professional and a Belbin accredited professional.
