With over 30 years of experience in developing strategic human resource solutions for nonprofits and corporate organisations, Sajan is the powerhouse that leads our competent and passionate Social Synthesis team. He has led the Human Resource function of reputed organisations, managing culture and transformation across and within them. Prior to establishing Social Synthesis, he led Human Resources at the Magic Bus India Foundation.
