With over 30 years of experience in developing strategic human resource solutions for nonprofits and corporate organisations, Sajan is the powerhouse that leads our competent and passionate Social Synthesis team. He has led the Human Resource function of reputed organisations, managing culture and transformation across and within them. Prior to establishing Social Synthesis, he led Human Resources at the Magic Bus India Foundation.

Shalil Nair
With 30 years of experience working in multiple industries from manufacturing, technology, telecom, retail, education to nonprofits, Shalil has worked in human resources and leadership acquisition for well-known corporate brands like HCL, Siemens and Reliance Retail. Prior to joining Social Synthesis, Shalil led Human Resources for Technoserve, a US-based nonprofit.

Sheetal Satam
From travel, IT-BPM to nonprofits, Sheetal brings 25 years of experience across diverse sectors. A people’s person, Sheetal’s core strength is managing key stakeholder relationships – a skill that she has exercised optimally in her various roles involving operations management as well as developing and managing projects. Prior to this, Sheetal led the HNI portfolio at Magic Bus India Foundation along with events and celebrity engagement.

Prachi Jhunjhunwala
Known to deliver complex hiring mandates with tight deadlines, Prachi has been working as an HR professional for the last 15 years. Through her various stints across telecom, IT and nonprofits, she is someone who is well regarded for her empathy and social adeptness. Prior to this, she led Human Resources for CCDT, a not-for-profit based out of Mumbai.

A graduate in Management Studies from St. Xaviers College, Mumbai, Rhea is a detail-oriented professional with a strong commitment to the social sector. She has done internships with non-profit organisations. She was a State and National level medallist in Archery.

Pranjali Dessai
Pranjali has a postgraduate degree in social work from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. She is committed to the social sector and her contributions to community welfare have been recognized, and she was honoured with the title of ‘Dynamic Women of Aldona’ by the Aldona Institute and JCI Mapusa. Prior to this role, she worked with Third Sector Partners as Associate Consultant.
